YOUR JOURNEY
Romans 8:18 – I consider that our present sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us. (BSB)
Every successful endeavour has a story behind it. If you doubt, study the lives of Jesus, Paul, and a host of other successful people like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos to see how they got to where they are today.
There are years of trials and errors, of falling and rising, of failures and successes, of pains and gains. Sometimes, you may lack the steam, resources, and technical know-how, but you must keep going and fix your eyes on the goal. This was what Christ did. Hebrews 12:2 says, “For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Jesus focused on the glory ahead and prevailed over principalities and powers.
As children of the Most-High God, before you begin the day, your family, business, project, or career path, be diligent and ready for any situation, knowing that whatever comes your way, victory is sure in the end. Don’t expect a quick return on your investment but be prepared to sacrifice today’s pleasure for tomorrow’s gain. Above all, as Paul proclaimed in our Bible reading, let the glory ahead shape your reality.

1. Father, help me to wait diligently on You even as I work hard daily.
2. Father, in the early hours of this month, please surprise me (mention).

1. Holy Spirit, breathe on me and let my mind stay on You.
2. This December! I shall not live the pattern the enemy wants me to live. Instead, I shall live a life of prosperity.
3. Every spiritual police officer, spying on my life, family, and the Church for evil, catch fire!
4. I decree that I shall be congratulated this month.
