YOU ARE MORE THAN THIS!

Today’s Bible reading confirms that the process of life and human endeavours are works in progress and have the ability to become bountiful. However, there are circumstances that may prevent people from achieving their divine purpose. It is important to look beyond any challenges and stick with God because there is glory at the end.
The Scriptures tell about Jabez, whom his mother gave a contrary name at birth. He later discovered that he was meant to be more than what he was. Jabez cried to God in prayer and got a change of story (1 Chronicles 4:9–10). Going by David’s position in the family and his experience, he might never have known that he was meant to be king if God hadn’t discovered him among his more qualified brethren (1 Samuel 16:8–13).
Beloved, whatever has been limiting you or causing people to look down on you and making you feel like a nonentity must be dealt with. There is a God who can help you overcome any difficulty and ensure that you fulfil your glorious destiny. God wants you to know that your current “shallow” position doesn’t define you. This is because a little seed is what makes a tree, which later becomes a forest. Keep persevering and praying as you remain diligent. You are more than the situation (sickness, joblessness, and marital delay).
In addition, never allow the issues of life to create a boundary for you, thereby making you associate with negative-minded people who discourage you. Rather, surround yourself with individuals who positively motivate and celebrate you. It will be well with you.
