THE HEART OF A KING
Proverbs 21:1-3 (1) – In the Lord’s hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him. (NIV)
Read: Esther 6-7
Mordecai was at the gate when the Lord opened the book of remembrance concerning him. That night, the king could not sleep until he ordered the records to be read. Mordecai was then decorated by his number-one enemy, Haman. May I first decree over your life today? The person with the capacity to uplift your destiny shall not relent till you excel, and any power vowing to push you down shall serve as a ladder to your place of honour, in Jesus’ name.
God has the ability to invade the king’s heart with unusual dreams for your sake. This was what the Lord did to unsettle Pharaoh’s mind with strange dreams just for Joseph to be remembered (Genesis 41). In Daniel 2, King Nebuchadnezzar also had dreams that troubled him so much that he could not rest. He had to seek out magicians, who eventually failed to interpret his dreams. However, when Daniel prayed, God revealed the secret things to him. This made the king bow to Daniel and make him governor over the entire province and chief of governors of all wise men in the land.
Beloved, when God is to change your story, your status will not matter because the one divinely assigned to settle you will not relax until he or she favours you. However, according to today’s Bible text, the king’s heart will only be channelled towards those who please God. This morning, I encourage you to check your relationship with the Father before you pray for an instant touch of the heart of the king or people who are capable of elevating you. There will be a performance!

2. Help from above and the corners of the universe; locate me!
3. I come against every spirit of hatred and ‘promise and fail’ operating in my life.
