THE ACT OF WICKEDNESS
Jeremiah 17:9 – The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (KJV)
Today’s Bible reading reveals the extent of man’s deceit and wickedness. Since the beginning, God saw the atrocities human beings committed on earth and that all they always thought was evil. Therefore, the Lord regretted that He had made man, and his heart was troubled (Genesis 6:5-6). The same wickedness and even to a vast measure is what people are practising in our generation. Brothers are killing themselves and sisters hunting one another for an unjust cause.
Several years ago, a brother got married and had promotions at work. Everything was rosy, except that he and his wife could not bear a child. A few weeks later, he mysteriously lost his job, and things turned upside down that he had to beg for food. But, thank God for spiritual awakening—this brother prayed a particular prayer, which you will also pray. Days after, a family member was struck with a strange sickness which led him to confess that he hung his reproductive organ on a tree. In summary, the man was responsible for the brother’s issues just because he was unhappy with his progress.
Beloved, you need not be told that we live in a wicked environment because you never know why and who is unhappy with your advances. People who do evil and find pleasure in it are ruled by darkness. Whoever subjects his body to commit wickedness is indirectly operating under the mandate of hell to bring destinies down to nothing through hatred, envy, anger, diabolic means, witchcraft, satanic attacks and manipulation in the dream. We must be spiritually sensitive and physically alert not to fall prey (Mark 13:33). Peradventure, you are the wicked fellow. There is an opportunity for repentance now—if you confess your sins to Jesus, He shall give you a new life (2 Corinthians 5:17).

1. Altars of wickedness erected for my sake, I am not your candidate, collapse!
2. Blood of Jesus, deliver me from the trait of hatred, unforgiveness and retaliation.

1. I recover everything I had lost to the onslaught of wickedness in my life, family and the Church.
2. I decree, never shall I be a victim of sudden attack and crisis.
3. Holy Ghost, fall afresh on me and make my heart Your dwelling place.
4. My arsenal, receive the fire of God and repel the enemy.
