RONALDO TO MANCHESTER UNITED?

There are speculations that Manchester United is weighing up the option of re-signing one of the world’s most expensive player, Cristiano Ronaldo, who annually earns £27 Million. If the deal goes through, Ronaldo will receive extra bonuses because when a footballer joins a team, the club becomes responsible for his fitness, wages, and other benefits for the duration of the contract. The same goes for when we are in Christ (1 Peter 5:7).
There is a God whose love, care and protection on us are neither seasonal nor restricted by location and circumstances (Matthew 10:29-31). He is the everlasting King of Glory, and there is no searching for His understanding (Isaiah 40:28). Maybe situations around you lately have made you contemplate the Lord’s thoughts for you (Jeremiah 29:11-13). Hold it right there! Remind yourself daily of His promises (Philippians 4:19), and you shall be encouraged (1 Samuel 30:6).
Beloved, check, are you still genuinely saved, or you are a backslider? Have you been struggling all alone with life’s challenges? There is an opportunity for your salvation today. Would you give it up for Jesus so that He can take over your burdens (Isaiah 41:10-14)?
