I am grateful to God for the prayer retreat that began on December 28 and concluded on December 30. During the programme, my daughter and I were really down, but we participated. On December 22, the family was to travel upcountry, and all bags were already packed, but my daughter tested positive for COVID-19 with no severe symptoms (little cough). I tested too, but it was negative. As a result, my daughter started her isolation and medication, so we skipped the fasting portion of the programme but participated in the retreat.
On the last day of the programme, we had our prayer requests and prayed in faith. On December 31, we tested again and were both negative. All glory goes back to God, the healer. In my prayer requests, there was another prayer request for reconciliation. I have my younger sister, who has not been in touch with me for the last two years and two months. I had prayed over this same issue and just left it to God to handle. On January 1, 2022, I received a forwarded audio message. To my utter shock, when I listened to it, it was my sister, who had not communicated for the last two years. To God be the glory for helping me start the year in harmony, regardless of who was wrong or right. Thank you so much for the daily devotionals that encourage us. Praise God!

THE MIDNIGHT PRAYER
1. Give quality thanks to the Almighty God for this powerful testimony.
2. Father, this year, please strengthen me physically, spiritually, financially and mentally.
3. Any sin, object or agents assigned to activate or renew evil covenants in my life, scatter by fire!
4. Hand of God! Arise against the attackers of my life, destiny, children and the Church.
5. Every load of affliction and debts that I inherited consciously or unconsciously, expire!
6. Shape your week by decreeing into it.
