LOOK IN THE MIRROR
Proverbs 23:7A – For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. (NKJV)

An eaglet fell from the sky among the brood of chicks and grew with them. Months later, it began to feel so uncomfortable that it decided to peek at the mirror. The young eagle spotted a clear distinction between itself and other birds and started practicing flying until it flew away.
This applies to the human story. Just as the eaglet looked in the mirror, your dreams and areas of strength reflect what God wants you to be. A man who lacks understanding of his divine purpose and potential will experience blurred visions, whereas a diligent individual with vast ideas will achieve great success.
Beloved, if you have identified your creative gifts, work towards them to achieve bountiful innovation. Peradventure, you have the ideas but limited resources to build on them; trust God to make provisions available. There are also people who need to deal with an inferiority and failure mentality. The Bible reading for today shows clearly that thoughts can shape destiny. If the eaglet had not discovered who it was, the unique bird would have died as a chicken. No matter your potential, if you do not realise and nurture it, it will die. Therefore, know that God has created you for a good cause, and you will fulfil your destiny.
In conclusion, in your quest to fulfil your destiny, what you see in the mirror should not be you, but rather a vision of your divinely fulfilled dreams. Regardless of where you are today, remember you are a work in progress. Continue to pray and work diligently; your glory will emerge!
