NIGHT OF WONDERS
Beloved, may God receive all the glory for His miraculous intervention in my family and my life. These are the testimonies:
1. God made provisions and mercy for my wife’s journey to Nigeria, enabling her to see her family and divinely fulfil the urgent purpose for which she travelled.
2. I came with my family to the UK in 2023 to study a master’s programme after getting clarification from God. God made provisions, protection, and preservation for me to complete the programme with distinction.
3. God showed up for me when I could not afford £530 to clear my tuition fees; He divinely made provision for me. He also showed up for me in my hopeless situation. We had nothing as a family when I completed my studies, and I needed a huge amount of money to pay for a post-study visa for a family of 5. Nobody was there for us, but God made a way for us without selling properties or borrowing from anyone. Even when my pastor told me that it was not possible to raise such money and avoided us, he was shocked that God made provision and settled us with permanent work.
4. My family and kids experienced the miracle of divine protection. We live in a modern serviced apartment with 89 flats. My wife travelled to Nigeria, and I went to buy stuff for my family at about 9 pm. Someone came and banged on my flat door, insisting that my kids open it so he could kill them. My kids called me and were crying, but I asked them not to open the door, as I would be home in 30 minutes. My last child called the police emergency line, and a neighbour also called them before I got home.
The intruder told the police that my kids kidnapped his sister, and the police told my kids to open the door for searching. The police used sophisticated equipment to search my apartment and my children, confirming that they were innocent and well-trained; the British neighbours also informed the police that they could vouch for my family’s integrity. The police identified the intruder as a drunk co-tenant in the opposite section of the apartment. The police advised me not to press charges against him, citing his drunken state and because he had never had issues with my family.
5. I started my new work officially in February, and I was told that the new salary increment for workers effective from March will not be added to me until next year. Surprisingly, the new increment was added to my salary, and an official letter was sent to me by the HR team. It pays to serve God, and He is worthy to be praised.
