ALL ALONE BEFORE THE LORD!
Revelation 20:11-15 (12) – And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. (NIV)

Today’s Bible reading reveals the events that will unfold at the end of time. John saw the great white throne where the dead, great and small, stood to be judged according to the books of record. On that day of judgement, there was no place for hiding. All the living at Christ’s second coming, the perished bodies in the sea, people who died on land and were buried in the graves, as well as the wicked in hell, all partook of the great judgement. Those whose names were missing from the Book of Life were thrown into the lake of fire.
God’s final judgement does not consider if you are a VIP or a nonentity. The principle that applies on the last day is “all by yourself.” People of all ages and ranks, whether young or old, poor or rich, presidents or slaves, will stand alone before the Creator. The sins and real motives behind every action will be laid bare. Money, power, evil accomplices, tempters, temptresses, and even parents will not be there to save anyone. However, only the righteous will make it to eternity with God.
Beloved, if you need to repent, confess your sins, and accept Christ, please do it now to reserve your place in God’s kingdom. Make the decision today and experience the joy of salvation even while on earth.
