BELIEVE! (Part 1)
Mark 9:14-26 (19) – “You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.” (NIV)

The story in today’s Bible reading describes how the disciples failed to heal the boy, who was under the influence of an unclean spirit. Before Jesus healed the boy, He referred to the people as an “unbelieving generation” and said in verse 23 that “all things are possible to him that believeth.”
Since it is impossible to expect anything from someone you don’t trust or believe in, the disciples did not have complete faith in Jesus and, therefore, could not cast out the devil. Without genuine faith in Christ and growth in His knowledge, the expected will not manifest. 2 Chronicles 20:20 says, “Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.” In other words, a major key to activating God’s reality in the physical realm is believing (faith).
On the other hand, there is a dimension of prosperity that you won’t experience until you believe and obey God’s instructions concerning tithing and the payment of offerings. Ask God for a revelation on these, and stop depriving yourself of divine blessings by joining the “unbelieving generation”, which discredits Godly values and principles.
Overall, Beloved, studying the Word, listening to God’s vessels, and allowing the Holy Spirit to lead you in developing your faith, experience, and spiritual prosperity are all essential. By doing so, you will experience God and His miraculous wonders anew.

1. Father, help my unbelief. Please strengthen my faith and make me the epitome of signs and wonders.

1. Father, thank You for making me evidence of Your glory in our generation.
2. Any power that is using my innocence or impartial involvement against me. Judgement of God! Fall upon them.
3. Father, please heal our nation, families, and the Church from every internal and external pollution!
